Annual Meeting - Industry Partners
Flexible, Customized and Efficient
The Joint Annual Meeting (JAM) of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS), Association of Genetic Technologists (AGT) and Society of American Federal Medical Laboratory Scientists (SAFMLS) - offers you an opportunity to engage with laboratory professionals by exhibiting your services and developing relationships with key decision makers. We anticipate over 800 laboratory professionals, thought leaders, and students will gather to learn how practice at the cutting edge in clinical laboratories will be transformed in the foreseeable future and how they can maximize their impact on patient safety and care.
Registration will open mid-February.
Tentative Schedule for Industry Engagement
Industry tabletop displays will be located throughout SAFE Credit Union Convention Center, creating the potential for attendee engagement throughout the meeting. Dedicated time for industry engagement (extended breaks in which educational sessions are not occurring) is built into the meeting schedule.
Monday, June 9, 2025
- 8:00 am – 12:00 pm: Partner Move-In
- 12:00 pm – 6:15 pm: Opening Keynote followed by concurrent programming, industry engagement & networking
- 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm: JAM Presidents Reception (open to all attendees, industry partners are encouraged to participate)
Tuesday, June 10, 2025

- 8:00 am – 5:00 pm: Concurrent programming, posters, industry engagement & networking
Wednesday, June 11, 2025
- 8:00 am – 4:00 pm: Concurrent programming, posters, industry engagement/networking
