Alexandria Old Town, Alexandria, Virginia. The 2015 Legislative Symposium is sponsored jointly by ASCLS, CLMA, ASCP, AGT and AMT.
Joining an ASCLS tradition since 1989, CLMA, ASCP, AMT and AGT members will meet with their Representatives and Senators on Capitol Hill as a unified front on behalf of our profession. We need you!! - laboratory professionals and leaders - to come to Washington to provide a presence and informed voice and make our concerns known inside Congress!
This is an excellent opportunity for volunteers to learn about the governmental issues that affect our laboratories and how to work for our benefit on these issues.
If you are interested in volunteering, contact Kathy Sudduth.
AGT is offering two free registrations; anyone who is interested in attending can contact Kathy directly at the link above.
Even if you are not interested in being a volunteer, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn what the issues are and how to advocate for your profession. It is also an opportunity to earn CEUs. For more information, contact Kathy Sudduth.
